dATP, 100 mM

 

    dATP (2'-Deoxyadenosine 5'-triphosphate), is suitable for use in DNA sysnthesis reactions such as PCR, RTqPCR, cDNA synthesis, Isothermal amplification, sequencing. This product is prepared in highly purified water (pH 7.0) to a final concentration of 100 mM, with >99% purity confirmed by HPLC and tested for the absence of contaminating deoxyribonucleases, ribonucleases, and nicking activities.

 

 

1. It can be thawed at room temperature. After thawing, it should be stored in an ice box or on an ice bath. After use, it should be immediately stored at -20℃ . Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
