dNTPs Mix, 10 mM each

 

    dNTP Mix contains premixed aqueous solutions of dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP, each at a final concentration of 10 mM. This product is prepared using ultrapure water, with a pH value adjusted to 7.0. It has a purity of ≥99% as determined by High-Performance Liquid hromatography (HPLC). It has been tested and found to be free from impurities such as DNase, RNase, and phosphatases.

 

 

1. It can be thawed at room temperature. After thawing, it should be stored in an ice box or on an ice bath. After use, it should be immediately stored at -20℃ . Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
