Heat Tolerance T7 RNA Polymerase is a genetically engineered thermostable T7 RNA polymerase, which exhibits high specificity for the bacteriophage T7 promoter sequence. Compared to the wild-type T7 RNA polymerase, High T7 RNA Polymerase enables efficient in vitro transcription (IVT) at temperature from 37 to 52℃ .

Applications
