N1-Me-Pseudo-UTP

Catalog No.: 270M-100

Size: 100 ul

 Description

N1-Me-Pseudo-UTP is a modified nucleotide designed to be incorporated into mRNA via in vitro transcription (IVT). This modification reduces the innate immunogenicity of the mRNA while simultaneously enhancing expression efficiency by increasing ribosome loading. Experimental data demonstrate that, compared to Pseudo-UTP, N1-Me-Pseudo-UTP further improves mRNA expression levels in both cell cultures and murine models, while exhibiting lower immunogenicity. This product is a clear, colorless solution. It is primarily used in Oligonucleotide aptamers, Epigenetics and DNA damage research, In vitro transcription (IVT), Mutagenesis, and Photo-crosslinking studies.
