EvoGreen Dye (20× in water)

 

EvoGreen Dye is a saturating dsDNA-binding fluorescent dye with spectral properties similar to SYBR Green I (Ex 495 nm / Em 520 nm).
Features:

1. High sensitivity with minimal polymerase inhibition. EvoGreen binds DNA via a "release-on-demand" mechanism, resulting in significantly less inhibition of Bst DNA polymerase compared to SYBR Green I. This makes it ideal for loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP), enabling closed-tube detection and eliminating aerosol contamination from post-amplification gel electrophoresis.
2. Exceptional stability. EvoGreen remains stable throughout storage, dilution, and DNA amplification. The dye solution can be safely stored at room temperature or refrigerated, and withstands repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
3. Enhanced safety. EvoGreen is non-mutagenic and has minimal cell membrane permeability.
