4X Protein Loading Buffer (SDS)

 

This product is a 4x concentrated loading buffer designed for protein sample preparation in SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE). It contains Coomassie Brilliant Blue G-250 as a tracking dye to monitor the progress of electrophoresis. The buffer is formulated with TCEP as a reducing agent, making it free of DTT, $\beta$-mercaptoethanol, or other toxic and pungent substances. This formulation ensures superior protein separation and yields sharp, well-defined bands after Coomassie or silver staining. Protein migration remains inversely proportional to the log of the molecular weight.
