Description
Flash enzymes are a series of engineered fast restriction enzymes suitable for rapid digestion of plasmid DNA, PCR products, or genomic DNA. All Flash enzymes show superior activity in the universal Flash or Flash Color Buffer, and are able to digest DNA in 5~15 minutes. In addition, dephosphorylation and ligation reagents show 100% activity in Flash Buffer, supporting single-tube reactions and streamlining the digest–modify–ligate workflow.
Flash Color Buffer includes red and yellow tracking dyes that allow for direct loading of the reaction mixture on a gel. The red dye of the Flash Color Buffer migrates with 2500 bp double-strand DNA fragments in a 1% agarose gel, and the yellow dye migrates with 10 bp double-strand DNA fragments in a 1% agarose gel.
