Each bag of Semi-Dry Transfer Buffer instant granules can produce 1 L 1× Semi-Dry Transfer Buffer buffer, which is easy to operate and easy to use. The main components of Semi-Dry Transfer Buffer are 48 mM Tris, 39 mM glycine and 0.04% SDS.
Semi-Dry Transfer Buffer  is suitable for Western Blot semi-dry electrophoresis transfer membrane. Pre-mixed with SDS can be applied to large molecular weight proteins or strong hydrophobic proteins.
