Description
SspDI belongs to the regular restriction enzyme series and recognizes the G^GCGCC sequence. Unlike the Flash Restriction Endonucleases, SspDI requires a longer incubation time for complete digestion of the DNA substrate. However, this enzyme can still be used with Universal Flash reaction buffer to achieve double digestion.

Features and Usage
Recommended Reaction Conditions
1× Flash Buffer;
Incubate at 37℃ ;

Heat Inactivation
Incubation at 80℃ for 20 minutes.
Methylation sensitivity
